In 2010, I almost certainly would have done this with a skater skirt.Pointed toe boots + the hat + dark lace add some classic but low-key witchy elements, while the pop of orange makes it feel a bit less costumey to me.Normally I'm not into sleeves hitting at the exact same line as the waistband, but here since the blouse is more of an overlay and has loose sleeves, it has almost a mini cape effect, and the lines of the inner layer keep the look structured
