It cinches at the waist with an inside snap and hook and eye. It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 31", and the length is 42 1 2". Very good condition (there is a very faint darkening on the collar noticeable on close inspection and unable to pick up in photos). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Medium. Catalog # 4344
