Gorgeous medium weight cold rayon with an overall white dot print on a deep navy blue (almost black) background. Snaps from the collar to 5" above the waist with two hidden snaps beneath a single non functional white lucite button. Opens 2 1 2" from the top of the v neck. No zippers or functional buttons. Slips on over the head. Unlined. Defined waist seam and bracelet length sleeves. No labels as this is
