Slightly padded inside. Adjustable shoulder strap. Carry top handles. Clips to hold laptop, books, etc. Slip pockets inside to hold paper, cards, ID, etc. Very rare and unique! Measurements: 16" x 11" x 3"; Strap Drop: 9" 22" Great vintage condition. Normal wear and some discoloration, especially on the bottom. See photos
