Domaine William Fèvre Les Preuses Grand Cru 2021 finca-las-moras leading to a superbly-sustainedPreuses, like many of the Grand Cru climats, has a southwesterly aspect that allows access to warm sunlight in the cool Chablis climate. This moderates temperatures, ensuring that grapes reach optimum levels of ripeness while retaining acidity. Access to the more intense afternoon sun means that Preuses Grand Cru wines tend to be rounder and softer than other Chablis Grand Cru.
