Central Waters Black Gold (2025) Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels 660ml (13%) Wild/Mixed Fermentation -------------------------- 2025 --------------------------2025 vintage of Central Waters Brewing Company's premier bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout. Black Gold is a rich, complex imperial stout, aged to perfection in bourbon barrels. Pouring deep black with a velvety texture, it offers aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and vanilla, with hints of oak. The flavor is a decadent mix of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and caramel, rounded out by the warmth of bourbon and a smooth, lingering finish.
