5 hectare south-southwest site with brown calcareous skeletal soil
Natural ferment on full solids occurs and then aged for 6 months before blending and bottling
adorned with red copper reflections
Brave Souls ‘The Whaler’ Shiraz 2024 Size::12 Bottle Case Vocoret is a traditionalDeep crimson in colour, with brooding red and blue fruits, pepper and savoury spice aromas. A rounded mid palate, fleshy and refined with good integration and intensity of flavour. The wine has finesse with focus and refinement, approachable upon release but will mature well for the medium 5 7 years.
