In silver gilt, the obverse presenting the Serbian coat of arms, the reverse bears the inscription (For Service to the Royal Household), surmounted by a crown, measures 31. 3mm (w) x 50. 0mm (h), weighs 20. 9 grams, worn on an old ribbon, dark patina and tarnishing, in extremely fine condition and rare.
