Louth, Cooley Distillery is owned by the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. This distillery produces Kilbeggan and Tyrconnell Whiskey as well as the most recent brand Connemara Peated. The Kilbeggan brand itself is based in the Kilbeggan Distillery, found along the banks of the River Brosna. This is the oldest distillery in Ireland, dating back to
