Mountadam Eden Valley Chardonnay 2023 -STOCKTAKE- ugni blanc cool ripening produced fruit withTasting Notes: The fruit was picked in the cool of night at optimum maturity using a selective destemming harvester. Chilled and pressed and fermented in seasoned puncheons and a 2,500 L French oak Fouderie Francois cask with regular lees stirring. The emphasis in the cuvee was to select a single block from the Estate that expressed beautiful purity of fruit, minerality with oak only playing a gently supportive role.
