The cuvee of the estate results from a blend of the majority of my plots

Components of selected parcels were blended post ferment and carefully finished for bottling

then matured over winter on fine lees

This process led to the creation of a pale straw hued wine displaying vibrant green tinges

Chateau Mauvesin-Barton, Moulis-en-Médoc 2021 Size::6 Bottle Case Drink over the next 5-6Limpid garnet color, lovely fruity nose of blackberry, black fruit, with smoky and liquorice notes. The palate is fresh and velvety, revealing notes of blackcurrant and tart raspberry, with delicate tannins. Good length. Gourmet finish.
