Karakuchi Junmai it brings so much joyAs the name suggest, this sake demonstrates the beauty of Karakuchi. Karakuchi means that you can expect a very dry finish, something that requires a lot of technical skill to achieve! The sake is classic and traditional, but not at all uptight. It is a dry style with mild umami and acidity that pairs effortlessly with lightly seasoned dishes.
