gator carolina reaper It has a subtle sweetnessGator Sauce from Smokin' Ed is an uncompromising superhot sauce for the brave. The first impression is surprisingly fresh a bright, citrusy opening but don't be fooled: the heat creeps in and builds in waves that keep on going. The sauce is made with Pepper X and Yellow Super Hot chili and is made up of a full 92% chili. The result is an intense, clean chili flavor with plenty of power and a long, warm finish.
