It starts with the fact that this Franciacorta, made in the Champagne style, is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Some may miss the usual barrique aroma. However, we are simply thrilled. The grapes are selectively hand harvested at the end of August beginning of September (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 15,500 bottles 250 magnums
