Malvazija Sur Lie - Pilato 2020 Sauvignon Blanc de Gotho mit harmonischen Tanninen und einerAfter the harvest, the grapes fermented in French oak barrels (a combination of new and used barriques), where they matured on the primary lees for 4 months. This wine has a yellow color and an intense, fine and pleasant vanilla scent and a typical Malvasia note of acacia flowers. Malvazija Sur Lie is a dry, warm, full bodied wine and has a pronounced minerality and balance as well as the intense taste that lingers in the mouth.
