2014 Shiraz trocken Welmoed weeks after my first sampling12 pack delivered free of charge A fine Shiraz with a dark color and round, pleasant aromas of plums and blueberries. Very drinkable, sophisticated but not too complicated. The wine does not require any further storage. Most of the maturation took place in steel tanks. Fine with grilled steaks, lamb chops and mature cheeses. Stellenbosch's warm, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers; wet and cold winters, lots of wind from the nearby sea. serving
