Am Gaumen wirkt er klar, lebendig und ausgewogen, mit feiner Mineralitt und einem Hauch Mandel im Hintergrund. Die Sure ist gut eingebunden und sorgt fr Frische und Struktur. Der Abgang ist angenehm und nachhaltig. Insgesamt ein eleganter, przise gearbeiteter Weiwein mit guter Balance und Charakter.
