Due to the very old age of the vineyard, this Aligot grows with exceptional depth and aging potential. Unlike usual, this Aligot is not only suitable for direct drinking but should definitely not be used for Kir. Originally, Aligot was always used in Kir. Nowadays, this is no longer common and in any case a waste for this wine.
