Andrian: Tor di Lupo Lagrein Riserva 2021 Nicht auf Lager Auch zum Braten geeignetOn the mineral rich limestone soils, the French small berried Chardonnay clones show true greatness and juiciness. That is why the Doran is deliberately aged following the Burgundian style. The fermentation takes place 100% in tonneaux, 30% of which are new wood. Regular btonnage perfectly integrates the wood tone.
