2019 Sablet red Côtes du Rhone Villages Cuvee Prestige Domaine des Pasquiers Rhône-Nord 6 hectares in Piedra BlancaSablet Cuve Prestige This cuve, which is the result of a plot selection, is made from our oldest Grenache, Syrah and Mourvdre vines on the slopes of the appellation. For more than 50 years, these old vines have been rooted in this exceptional terroir, and their age means that they produce only a few berries with a very concentrated juice, thus allowing the elaboration of this particular Sablet.
