It's just on 2 inches high

slow afternoons we all love

He is painted in oils on a 16x12 inch board and then floated in a shadowbox frame so that the board throws a shadow on the background

David Meowie - 20"x16" Painting Framed daffodil Sugar Plum Fairies Prints2016 inch oil painting of a black cat This is David Meowie, a cat who's a big fan of David Bowie and his Aladdin Sane album. I wanted to paint a portrait of him and keep his very pale looks, so I concentrated on his red fur and huge, beautiful eyes. You can see a little of his fur detail through his red flash and his green eye has a larger pupil than his blue eye. He is a 20x16 inch painting on a panel framed in a white floater frame. Medium: acrylic
