Bottled in recycled champagne bottles, and closed with crown caps which scream open me as soon as you can. We also like to chill them in warmer months. 100% Grollot picked from two parcels in Anjou, first parcel iron rich, the second limestone. Herby fun for all, best washed down with cold cuts.
