This farmhouse ale is brewed for those of us who knocked down
PALATE: Creamy with soft pepper and butterscotch
7% alcohol
The rose was dosed with 2% Sherry prior to bottling to help fill out the back pallet and give a very exciting structure
and sweet brown spice elements overlaid earthy dark cherry

With a very mild growing season this site is perfectly suited to retaining the natural acidity crucial for long lived premium sparkling wines. Grapes were whole bunch pressed with only free run juice sent to tank for primary fermentation
