I was tempted to make the fabric made of cotton 100% but the final product is 85% cotton

The fabric is 14 OZ with both warps and wefts in black

I often mention on the blog that the Japanese denim industry is diminishing and said to be dying in 10 years but the factory who's been making these wire hooks has recently gone bankruptcy so not sure if we can continue making this model with the same detail but for the 1st production run

Healthknit creates original yarns and knits them into a fabric with a firm texture. The design is based on a 1940s Henley neck shirt found in Healthknit's vintage archives. The ribbing on the cuffs is knitted one by one on a flat knitting machine, just like the vintage ones. The sewing of each part is finished with
