Rock Climbing Helmet Buyers Guide – Mountain Equipment

Pros Alcohol free so no pungent smell when you put your helmet/googles on A little goes a long way Does what it says, it keeps fog at bay Small enough bottle to chuck in a tank bag and take with you Cons It lasts for a good day’s riding in heavy showers and heavy humidity, it could be longer but it’s easy enough to reapply when cleaning your kit Nothing really to dislike, it does what it says on the bottle Creates a thin film on your visor to stop them from misting up Need to reapply as needed Other anti-fog products to consider: This handy little aluminium spray bottle contains 50ml of liquid that works at a molecular level, preventing the fluid droplets from forming on the surface
